Yes I made the theme (with the help of the gtk theme of course). Although it is not yet near a finished state, most basic things (window border, buttons, menu, etc) are in place.
If you like I can share it after I clean up a bit and put another font in place (one with a better license). Just make sure you keep an eye on e17-stuff.org the next couple of days
