"losetup -f" doesn't work

I am trying to setup qemu with real partition. I am reading ArchWiki. There is a command:

losetup -f /path/to/mbr

Which doesn't work. Option -f is not recognized by current Arch.
Is it a bug in Arch or in Wiki?
