One way ssh traffic...

Hi, I can ssh from my Archlinux machine to my Bluewhite64 machine, but when I try to connect the other way around I get
"ssh: connect to host 10.0.0.44 port 22: Connection refused"

Strangely, I could log into Archlinux right after it was installed, but now I am refused...?

Can somebody suggest what configuration to alter to make Archlinux accept incoming ssh requests?
