Where did my 30GB go? (Space cluttering) [SOLVED]

I use a very clean install with Openbox as window-manager, and no big KDE(libs) or GNOME depending programs, only the small ones depending on innocent qt or gtk libs.

I have a 36GB Raptor 10.000RPM harddrive, which I use as my primary system drive, and this is where ArchLinux is installed.. I think when I installed ArchLinux first it was only taking up 2-4GB in total, I only installed base..

Anyways!

I don't see what you should be stacking up in /root. And usually du is right . You already have the answer yourself - check /root and clean out that Augias stable...

suspicious ??? It is obvious.. /root has the 20GB or so...
Try with "Graphical disk map" nice app, i dunno how it got to my machine (i think it is a gnome app) but it is nice

[SOLVED]

I found out that a file-manager I used once (thunar) had a trash folder in /root/.local/share/Trash :lol:

Oh my god ;)

Thanks elgatofelix, I actually like gdmap, and then it is much more "light" than filelight ..
