Firefox 3 Beta 5: No Margin settings page
I don't see any Margins Settings Page in the binary I installed for Firefox 3 Beta 5. However, the Windows version has such a page.

I think that is because margin settings are a function of the printer driver which you globally configure under System|Administration|Printing.

After starting to file a bug report on this, I found someone else complained about it, but noted the way to set Margins with this version of Firefox is
Page Setup
Paper Size
Manage Custom Sizes
Create a new Custom Size and then set margins there.
Very unintuitive.
