Recevoring file on ext3.

Hi,

I have an openoffice file which I need to edit with openoffice, since it's .rtf, but I've recently passer from Arch32 to Arch64, and opening it with openoffice actually erased it all... I would like to know if there is any way to get it back the way it was, i haven't modified it for a few weeks, and an old backup would be fine.

The problem is: I'm using an Ext3 file system, and I've heard that it wasn't possible... But please, if anyone have a clue of anything i could do...

Thanks in advance anyway.

(haven't tried it myself, though) ... the author throroughly explains how it works, so it's useful to read to see if there's a chance to recover.

Re: Recevoring file on ext3.

None of those soft worked out, so i guess there's not much hope left sad.

Concerning foremost, it actually backed up a lot of files, but it does not support rtf files for now, so i'll keep it anyway,

Thanks for your help anyway.
