Blacklist: Distro's that do litle or no upstream patches

We all know that not sending patches to upstream really sucks in the free software world, so please use this thread to bash the distro's that don't upstream.

What is the goal behind this forum post ?
I would raser make a thread to point out users who never send a patch or submit a bug report ... Or a post to point out people who complain but never congratulate.

Seriously, such post has really no interest

@chicha: I didn't post this topic so that i can make a wiki page wich distro's aren't cool, this is general distro talk about various distro's trying to reinvent the wheel and not sharing stuff. Look here for a specific case http://www.gnome.org/~federico/news-2007-11.html#20
