I am an Arch Linux newbie with a question. I had Terminator installed, and then removed Gnome, because I installed openbox but now terminator doesn't start anymore.
This is the output in the terminal:
(terminator:9085): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.
Using the fallback 'C' locale.
You need to install the python bindings for gobject, gtk, gconf and pango to run Terminator

Well, I'm a Arch newbie too... but I'd like to say you're missing pygobject, pygtk and maybe a few other python libraries... I'm not sure about their names, though.
Want to try installing pygobject and pygtk and see if that does anything? Up to you.

I have those to installed, and it still doesn't work
it was the gnome-python package:)
