Wireless network[SOLVED]

I have created a wireless network. My windows XP desktop sends a wireless signal to my laptop so I can use the laptop online anywhere in the house. I had this working properly on ubuntu, but can't get it to work on Arch.
I installed the windows drivers for the wireless card on Arch. The laptop can now connect to the desktop.

One problem. The laptop can't see the internet. The desktop is plugged into the network and everything works fine at that end.
My wireless interface is wlan0. I think the interface is not properly configured.
Here is the network section of rc.conf.

I must have misread the instructions in the wiki. I though it said to disable them to use dhcp, but I checked just now, and that was a figment of my imagination.
What does netcfg do?

It appears that the problem WAS at the XP end. It works now.
