So I used the options menu to set my wallpaper image in pcmanfm. I specified that it should "Center on Screen". However, whenever I restart my computer, it displays the image, but stretches it instead of centering it. How do I fix this?

Are you setting a background for pcmanfm or the wallpaper for your whole desktop? I didn't know that pcmanfm could do either...

If you're setting the wallpaper with PCManFM, I think it's a better idea to use something else. You could use xsetroot or feh. For feh (pacman -S feh):
feh --bg-center image.png
Then, add to .xinitrc (pref. above the "exec windowmanager")
eval `cat .fehbg`

Im setting the background for my whole desktop thru Edit>Preferences: Desktop tab

Yeah, I was using feh before. I only have to do this with pcfilefm because I want the desktop icons. When you enable desktop icons, it automatically enables the wallpaper too. If I choose no wallpaper, it just turns the wallpaper black.
