[Solved] Locale problems. NEED HELP

When I type locale I get:

locale: Cannot set LC_CTYPE to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_ALL to default locale: No such file or directory
LANG=en_US.utf8
LC_CTYPE=ja_JP.utf8
LC_NUMERIC="en_US.utf8"
LC_TIME="en_US.utf8"
LC_COLLATE=C
LC_MONETARY="en_US.utf8"
LC_MESSAGES="en_US.utf8"
LC_PAPER="en_US.utf8"
LC_NAME="en_US.utf8"
LC_ADDRESS="en_US.utf8"
LC_TELEPHONE="en_US.utf8"
LC_MEASUREMENT="en_US.utf8"
LC_IDENTIFICATION="en_US.utf8"
LC_ALL=

I cant run conky... I get:

Conky: Can't set the specified locale!
Check LANG, LC_CTYPE, LC_ALL.

I cant run perl scripts... when I type perl I get:

perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
    LANGUAGE = (unset),
    LC_ALL = (unset),
    LC_COLLATE = "C",
    LC_CTYPE = "ja_JP.utf8",
    LANG = "en_US.utf8"

idk what that ja_Jp.utf8 is too. (I am from the US, and only need english btw)

How do I fix this??????

EDIT: nvm, I just exported it all in ~/.bashrc

That didnt work when I tried it (except the export to .bashrc part)
