Start an application without decoration (openbox)

Hi,

I'm using Openbox and i want to start Firefox (undecorated and maimized) when I log in. The openbox-way would be to start it with autostart.sh and remove the decoration with rc.xml. But using this EVERY firefox window is undecorated and maximized (even the 'save' dialog and all popups). Thats not what I want. I just want the FIRST firefox window to be maximized and undecorated.
Does anyone know what I mean AND know how to that ?
