First I would like to give a big thanks to all of the Arch community and Devs this has to be the best OS I've ever seen so thank you very much for all your effort!! As you can tell I'm new to Arch (been using it 4 2 weeks) but I've been using GNU/Linux for a little over 2 years and used windows for the last time in December of last year so I have broken free from the money hungry micro$oft!! I do have a question concerning Arch and that is is my core2duo detect during Arch's instillation or will I have recompile the kernel for SMP support?? Anyway that's it thank you all once again maybe one day I'll really learn how to do some cool things on a computer and be able to return the favor..:D

Arch's default kernel is compiled with SMP support - you won't have to recompile.
