I was enjoying my nvidia card for some time, but I think I have hit a heisenbug:
If I start tuxracer (favourite testing program for video card), the xserver crashes with signal 11.

The only thing I did was pacman -Syu.
I compiled the 2.6.7 kernel straight from kernel.org
The strange thing is that when I try reinstalling the kernel, it says the kernel sources are other than the running kernel, but that's not true. Although I know computers make several magnitudes less errors than me, programmars tend to make them...
I updated x, perhaps that's the issue, but I don't think so. I have always been running the xorg server. Anyone that can spill some idea's :?:

Upgrading x causes:
(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to load GLX
. Nvidia installs its own opengl libs but after x upgrade they are replaced by original x opengl libs. Reinstall nvidia drivers (and do it after each kernel, x upgrade too).

It works...
I had to do a reboot.
Well, after I think over it again, I think I just had to unload some modules. Well, the effect is the samen, it works...
