'man fluxbox' has all the info you want. Namely:

Configuration via the Toolbar Menu
       All changes take effect immediately, which needs a restart to make
       the change visible. Here are the settings:

       ·    Visible: Sets the toolbar either to visible or invisible.

           session.screen0.toolbar.visible: <boolean>

EDIT: No offense meant, but checking manpages, googling and searching forums is advisable before posting.

I understand...
The thing is that fluxbox runs as one process, all the features are built in (slit, toolbar, window management, etc...); so the best you can hope for is to "disable" it like this, that it wouldn't show. If flux devs are sane, then if it's "invisible", the toolbar code should not be run at all. But who knows wink
