Making my own Packages

Hello!
I had a look on the abs tutorial in this forum. But it seems that just building packages from the abs cvs sources is possible. Or is building from my own sources (e.g. building a packages for my own applications) feasible? And how to do this?

thx 4 help

Re: Making my own Packages

You've looked at these?:

http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/ABS … version%29

You can make a package for pretty much anything. Basically it's a process of figuring out how the package is built/compiled, and then figuring out how to automate it in a build function so that the packages can be installed to $startdir/pkg
