No manual in normal user, yes in root

I have got locale as "es _ES.utf8" however xfce go on in english¬¬ But it's not the trouble.

I can't read any manual of any application.

If I use my no-root account I get:

man pacman
 No hay ninguna p?gina sobre pacman.

(Don't put the áéíóú or ñ) In english it would be something like there is no page about pacman

But if I use my root account:

sudo su
man pacman

Then I get my manual!!

How can i open the manual of any programs in my no-root account?

Thanks.

Finish, I get man pacman and man yaourt, but not man xorg ¿? I hope that it'll be because xorg has no manual.

xorg does not have a man page.

Time for the most obscure of all linux apps: apropos!

$ apropos xorg
