I was thinking that it would be cool to have a wiki page with a list of all the Arch-related projects. I could not find any by searching for "third party", and I'm not sure it exists.
However, I'm seeing projects popping out very often, and it's definitely useful to have a reference page, perhaps asking the authors to provide links and information.
What do you think?

http://www.archlinux.org/projects/ here's a really (old?) small list. i'm sure this could probably be updated. I'd like to see something like this as well. A wiki page would probably be best so we don't end up bugging the devs with a simple web page update. Maybe something titled Community Projects?
archlinux - please read this and this — twice — then ask questions.

Yeah, that's perfect, I hadn't seen it before. I think what is left now is to make some sort of announcement.
Thanks for finding out

Didn't Phrakture make some sort announcement about that page when he created it? Well, either that or I am making up memories again....

If you refer to the wiki page, that's been created by cactus on the 5th of May (2008), apparently.
If you refer to the projects page, I can't answer you, since I wasn't part of this community yet.

Yeah, I meant the wiki page, and it was Cactus who made the announcement (http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=46596). That was a whole month ago, so I can't be expected to remember details about who it was exactly...

Ah, thanks for that. Since it's sticky, do you think it would make a difference if I would bump it?

Maybe... it will put it on the new posts lists which is all I browse. I don't know if it will increase its prominence to most others though.
