How to UNZIP broken archive?
Unrar can extract files from broken archive ("-kb" option, keep broken).
$ unrar x -kb half-downloaded-file.rarHow to extract files from broken ZIP?

Unzip won't unzip the broken archive when the end of the file is missing. You could try bsdtar xf zipfile though, bsdtar can read the archive without looking at the last few bytes of it.

Oh boy. Install wine. Install WinRAR. The zip files may not be broken, but they may use a newer zip file format that unzip cannot understand.
