browse media after resume

Everytime I resume after suspend my media pops up again.
I use gnome and I can change the file management preferences at the tab media to browse media when in inserted or not. I like the option, but I don't want it to do this after a resume.
I am using a Dell Inspiron 9300 and followed the wiki for pm-utils. I have hal running and I don't use /etc/fstab for my cd/dvd drive.

It doesn't happen when I resume after hibernate. Would there be an option in the suspend-hibernate script?
