wtf are ole2 files???

i have here a ms-file with a ole2 extension.
file shows: "Winner(2).ole2: Microsoft Office Document Microsoft Word Document"
i've  tried opening it with openoffice and i see a picture, but most of the file is black.
any ideas?

tried to open it with openoffice.
i guess there is no linux app to open and read these kind of files.
