Want to learn zenity and bash

Hi,

I have been using linux for 2 years now and have only done a few bash scripts. I was using this little app yesterday called "audioconvert" and it uses just that, bash and zenity I think. It seemed pretty simple.

Is zenity cool? it takes bash arguments and shows dialog boxes, right? Cna someone point me in the right direction fo some quick tutorials on this?

Thanks!

Re: Want to learn zenity and bash

Hi,

Here you can found some documentation about zenity : http://library.gnome.org/users/zenity/unstable/
You'll see that it's quite simple, I used it for a little wifi-script and it worked perfectly (and didn't ask too much time to be understood wink)
