error building gtkam iwithout gnome dependencies

I am trying to build gtkam without gnome dependencies. Therefore I have removed them from the PKGBUILD. But I am getting this error:

gtkam-chooser.c:431: error: storage size of 'list' isn't known

Somebody an idea how to resolve this error?
