how to work the fan

everytime boot my laptop , the fan will work for a while, then stop.

even the coretemp rise over 90 degree celsius，the fan still not work. i have to reboot laptop.

my cpu is T2060, mainboard is 945GM.

how to resolve it ，thanks。
