Hi there,
It's there a program that will care to remove left-over files, when one remove an application.
Even better to check the packace database and remove those orphaned files.
Just to mention that my home (a partition) has survived 3 distros and some [dot]file/directory still zombing around.

Not that I know of.
When I get in the mood of cleaning old stuff, I usually start $filemanager, set the sort order to modification date and start by looking at old files/folders.
'find' might also come in handy.
Package management tools don't mess with /home at all, at least those that I already know.

For finding files not owned by pacman packages, see http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=45939 [But be careful with it! not everything that is not owned is a leftover that can be deleted!]
For cleaning up your $HOME, do as byte says: open a filemanager and start deleting

Thank you, guys
I went to search for something like mine thread, bu no results.
Most of "debris" are config files. Then to find them it's a bit hard to recognize since so long use.
Perhaps date of creation may come to help, I think
