Clock won't work!

Hi again!

Now I've run into problems with my server as the clock goes incredibly slow. I've tried to upgrade and downgrade kernel from core to testing and back again with no luck. Now this is second time when this happens and reboot works for a while (this time it worked almost exactly 36 hours.

I'll provide logs and any other info if that's needed. I'm just out of ideas now

EDIT: It seems that trying 2.6.24 series kernel would solve some problems. Let's see..
