menu key locks session

on my gnome desktop, each time I press the 'Menu' key, it locks the session (via gnome-screensaver).

this is stupid, given that the key is in between right ctrl and alt-gr, I always lock myself out when doing some key combo.

I tried looking into gconf metacity and gnome-screensaver settings but no luck, this seems to be hardcoded into gnome-screensaver.

how to disable/change this binding?

Re: menu key locks session

found it. missed it half a thousand times under keyboard shortcuts panel. bah.

in gconf it's: /apps/gnome_settings_daemon/keybindings/screensaver

BTW, this is insane. there are keybindings anywhere in the registry when it just seemed so centralized in this tool. seriously, couldn't there be some central global keybinding setup system (like in kde3)?
