how do you install Urban Terror

I downloaded it twice from two different places but they both have exe files but they are supposed to be Linux installs and I have tryed to use yaourt but the download speed is like 20 which would take 12+ hrs to download

they don't make sense to me also if I try to use this guide http://forums.urbanterror.net/index.php/topic,8165.0.ht it can't access the files I am guess that the files don't exist anymore on there server as for the instructions all they say is this which I did try and it doesn't work

Installation
============
If you have Quake 3 Arena and want to continue using PunkBuster: Make
sure you have Quake 3 Arena updated with Point Release 1.32(c) and
update PunkBuster with pbsetup. Copy the q3ut4 folder from 4.1 to your
quake3-directory and make shortcut to quake3.exe. Add "+set fs_game q3ut4"
to the targetfield of the shortcut.

If you don't have Quake 3 Arena and/or don't care about PunkBuster:
Run the 4.1 installer or unzip the 4.1 zip.

I don't have q3 so I would like to improvise but the other problem is which do I use because exe is windows
ok I got it working now I am wondering how to setup Punk buster lol

if you have yaourt, just run 'yaourt -S urbanterror'

if you don't have yaourt...get it =P

that was the second thing I tried and it failed saying that the file ( even though it says was there) wasn't in the db
