I've been trying to get something using svn but everytime I do, I get the following:

Hi Reasons,
check if in /etc/locale.gen the line with en_US.utf8 is uncommented.
Then run as root this command:
locale-gen

I don't "google" any more when I encounter problems. I "arch" them, wiki and bbs.
