[Solved] PDF Edit

I was wondering if somebody knows a simple pdf-tool, what I want is to be able to remove certain pages from a pdf document. For instance, say I have a pdf document with 100 pages and I want to remove page 3, 7, 17, 34, 99 and 100 and then save it. Nothing more, nothing less -- what would you suggest?
