What do u think about a CLAN to play in tremulous?
It would be ideal that the guys ENJOY the game and BE GOOD too

I really enjoy the game, and play it almost every night, although I cannot guarantee I will always be there...
I play decently as a human, but I suck as an alien, since I don't like playing as an alien (I have no sense of direction, just imagine how it is amplified when wall-walking).

My friend (whom I 'converted' from Slack ;D) and I (long-time distro hopper) both play tremulous an hour or two maybe 1/2 the days of the week. We enjoy it quite a bit. We play as Swift@Arch (him) and Hate@Arch (me). Not big on the idea of a clan though. Particularly only wanting people good at something that's supposed to be made for entertainment, that's kind of ridiculous. We're often in the tremX server KoR (tremx is quite often much more fun than normal tremulous.. plus the options on the main menu and the bg of the main menu are awesome! hehe), so come play with us sometime.

I hate Dretch Storm, aliens are far more trained than humans in that server. And I mostly play as a human. Anyway, I usually pick the servers with the lowest ping, which usually are Fun-Zone, Amsterdam Unlimited, The Wine Bar, and the Spanish server of which I can't remember the name. Perhaps there's something else I am forgetting, but Fun-Zone ranks quite high in my choice.

I play D*S because i feel that has most equal configurations for both teams .. and you can see.. the matches are so tied
that little errors cause the loss of the game
And in the other side the 70 percent of players arent what we call noobs (i wouldnt say they are all wizards but
above the normal)

Well, the few times I have been there, the human team was quite crappy, and when teams are unbalanced there's no fun. I might give it another go next time I play.

I play every now and then as "moghe", mostly on SatGNU and Aliens Wrath.
If we could get some players together how about a little cw against another distribution? I'd love to kick some Ubuntu/gentoo/... ass

I play every single day and I am usually on the AA server. You can find me by searching for =Moparx=

I play Tremulous for about 2 years, but not daily lately (I do play weekly). I usually play on European servers - FunZone, Amsterdam Unlimited, those few Italian servers, ATCS battleground, PornServ, SatGNU and that Spanish one.
My nick is "soog" and sometimes "glitch" (I used that one for some ban evading so I got used to it ).
EDIT: lol, CENSORED is P_ornServ without the underscore

I'm in the process of making the habit again. I play as Kensai {Archer}
{Archer} is the clan name of us Archers.
Really? Never seen that around unfortunately. When I want to boast my distro I change my nickname to finferflu@archlinux

i play a lot trem, on daily basis
you can find me in Amsterdam Unlimited (great server, low ping, great mods and great community too.
in game i am seven (^7s^1e^7ven actually ).
see you, archers

As for me Amsterdam Unlimited is very laggy, especially when bases are HUGE, since there is almost unlimited power for building. So I am afraid you won't see me often in there, which is bad, since as you mention, it's a very good server.

Hum, installing it...
Does it need a nice computer to run at least playable?

Well, is not that power hungry, so I guess your hardware can play it.
System Requirements
700 MHz x86 CPU
256 MB RAM
Intel GMA or 32 MB nVIDIA GeForce2 or ATi Radeon 7000
Stereo sound card

I wouldn't object to that.
Well, there must be a reason you got banned from there. So please try and not get banned from all the servers existent for tremulous players, cause you will have to give up on tremulous. And that, that got to hurt.

I've been playing tremulous for some time now and I have to say, I am starting to be good with aliens, it takes some skills to be an Alien, I do respect the players that are great as aliens. Worth noticing is the fact that when you are a tyrant you are almost invincible, I got to be Tyrant very early in game and I was the player with the most kills.

I downloaded this game but don't know how to play it also for some reason I get very low fps on my ATI HD3870
