trascoding flac's to mp3

What is a good app to transcode my .flacs to .mp3s using the lame presets (V0 V2 etc)?
i have been using gnormalize, but it doesn't use the presets as far as i know.
I could use EAC in wine.. but i don't really want to do that if i don't have to.

I don't know about GUI apps for this, but from CLI, you could use flac to decode and pipe into lame, with any options you want.

There shouldn't be any reason to learn more editor types than emacs or vi -- mg (1)

I love SoundConverter (it's even in the repos) for all audio converting. I believe it supports FLAC as well, give it a try!
