keymap/consolefont and norwegian letters

My rc.conf file:

LOCALE="en_GB.utf8"
HARDWARECLOCK="localtime"
USEDIRECTISA="no"
TIMEZONE="Europe/Oslo"
KEYMAP="no-latin1"
CONSOLEFONT="lat0-16"
CONSOLEMAP=
USECOLOR="yes"

and i still can't use "æøå" in console.

I think i can see something like "cant open font file lat0-16.psfu.gz" when arch is booting. Is there any log file i can view the booting output messages?
