transmissiond creating ~/.transmission directory

I was trying to solve another thing with transmission when I realized the /etc/rc.d/transmissiond script creates a .transmission directory. After the config files have moved to (in my case) ~/.config/transmission, the .transmission directory has remained untouched. Is there a reason why it is still being created or is it just a remainder from the time when it used to be the place to hold the config files? It doesn't have any effect on anything, just made me wonder.

Oh.. I thought the startup script was arch specific. So maybe I'll just forget about it and pretend it don't exist wink
