hm... anyone know how to have a program go full screen centered? - or encase it in another program or such? - i have epsxe and i got custom shaders to work with it - now i just need to get it centered so it could be 4:3 on my widescreen monitor - if i use 1200 x 900, it just stays on one side - anyone know how to center it ?
something like 120 pixels of black edge, 1200 screen, 120 more pixels of black edge
my idea was to somehow use some kind of third party application and move it to the center, and black the rest of the space... but i dont know of such an application. ...

Playing around with the full screen with PSX ratio gave me pretty much all i needed. Now i just need to fix the cursor error.
