Virtual console still says "Don't Panic!" after update

just reinstalled on my box at home with the 2007.08-2 core cd image (ftp was screwing up), but after a pacman -Syu it still says Don't Panic! on the login screens.... even though when it boots it says "Core Dump". 

everything else works, though. the only things i've done to it are install sudo, openssh and lynx, and i added a user, so the solution must be something simple...

it's not that big of a problem, but i want to make sure it's not the result of something worse.

Yeah I noticed the same thing. I guess the package which contains that particular string wasn't updated with the new title, I'm sure it's nothing serious.

You probably have a /etc/issue.pacnew file to merge
