Hi everyone,
I hoped, Flash 10 will come with V4L2 device support, but it didn't. Disappointed I was googling a little bit and I found program called "Flashcam". It's a kernel module which captures video from V4L2 device and loopbacks in into V4L1 virtual device, which Flash is able to play!
It works on both i686 and x86_64, in FireFox 2.0.0.14. In Opera it does not work. Please send me feedback about support in other browsers (Konqueror,...).

I love flashcam and it was going to be my next PKGBUILD i was going to play with.
As a note which deserves repeating from the instructions. When you load the vloopback do so with an inminor=9 this puts the input for the loopback very last in your video* devices. Something about flash stopping detection of devices if it gets to an input device.
