Turkish on Wiki ?

I couldn't find it so I wanted to ask here... How can I create a Turkish language link in documents and main page so that everyone can reach those documents after that ?

The wiki main page is protected, only a wiki admin or sysop can modify it. Send me the links to the Turkish main page and categories and I'll add it to the main page.
