I just updated a lot of packages, and now when I log into Openbox it doesn't use my Openbox theme. I didn't change anything to the startup file, it's still running gnome-settings-daemon like it did before but now it doesn't seem to be working. Running it from urxvt gets me this:
** (gnome-settings-daemon:3525): WARNING **: Couldn't connect to session bus: Failed to connect to socket /tmp/dbus-dYBYsdAQtT: Connection refused
** (gnome-settings-daemon:3525): WARNING **: Could not get a connection to the bus
Any help is much appreciated
I should also note that it works fine in Gnome, and doesn't in Awesome. Also, it works if I run it as root.
e: I can change the theme in Openbox with gkt-theme-switch2, but I'd like to not have to do that every time I log in. Plus it doesn't use the icons or font.

Does anyone know how to set the icons? I tried using ~/.gtkrc.mine like the Openbox wiki said but it didn't do anything.

Great, thanks! Any idea why I had to do that, as opposed just running gnome-settings-daemon?

because gnome-settings-daemon requires dbus service, and openbox session doesn't start it (in opposite of gnome, kde etc)
