Beatiful, but sometimes the text with the background color makes me fell bad.

I never found a cool and useful dark theme...

I never found a cool and useful dark theme...

i actually changed the background color to white and the text to black. it works perfect (at least for me). no ugly swriter with dark gray background and black font.

Damnit! You people make me want to switch back to GNOME!!! I've been happy with awesome for a few weeks and glad to see compiz go, but now, this makes both look better than ever before!

Audacious has its own GTK theme. Black, blue, and white, pretty slick.

The Midnight theme from the Nodoka engine (availible in the AUR) is also nice: http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/ … tent=75061

As is Darker Ice Murrina: http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/ … tent=72357

I've used all three of these at some point or another. I'm currently using the audacious GTK theme, but the above Slickness Black looks quite nice.
