as user: get the tgz
as root: copy libflashplayer.so to /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins
for those who use 64bit, as user, run  'nspluginwrapper -v -a -i'

it works fine for me with 64bit epiphany+nspluginwrapper.
it seems much faster than the later 9.0.x (with x>48)

I am getting thios error after I do this commad to install plugin on 64bit

nspluginwrapper -v -a -i
bash: nspluginwrapper: command not found

You need nspluginwrapper-flash and nspluginwrapper first off, check http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ins … _on_Arch64

Re: flash plugin 10 beta is available

I encounter massive slowdown when playing fullscreen. funny because flash 10 is supposed to have a new fullscreen acceleration scheme! since it is based on opengl, I think this is due to me running 64bit without lib32 opengl. opengl will certainly need to be a new dependency for flash 10.

Re: flash plugin 10 beta is available

The nba site opens fine for me with Firefox 3.

Playing some flash games after installing this (for purely testing purposes tongue) it does run faster, and some games that ran too slow on 9.0 I can now play. Joy! big_smile

Re: flash plugin 10 beta is available

It kept crashing on youtube for me with FF2, so I rolled back to Flash 9.

Re: flash plugin 10 beta is available

I'm using it in Opera and, unlike Flash 9, seems very reliable and less CPU demanding with PulseAudio.

confirmed. installing lib32-nvidia-utils fixed the fullscreen slowness. (lib32-)libgl should then really become a dependency for flash 10.
