Look in ftp.archlinux.org/incoming for gtk-qt-engine.tar.gz, which provides the PKGBUILD, filelist, and package for gtk-qt-engine. This package allows KDE users who use GTK2 apps to keep a consistant look by providing (1) a gtk2 engine which mimics the selected qt/kde theme and colorings and (2) a kde control center module which allows one to manipulate gtk2 settings.
Here's the PKGBUILD:
# Packager: Jake VanderKolk <jakevanderkolk@gmail.com>
pkgname=gtk-qt-engine
pkgver=0.5
pkgrel=1
pkgdesc="A Theme which makes your GTK2 Apps match your QT theme"
depends=('gtk2' 'qt')
source=(http://gtk-qt.freedesktop.org/Software/gtk-qt/$pkgname-$pkgver.tar.bz2)
url="http://gtk-qt.freedesktop.org/"
build() {
cd $startdir/src/$pkgname-$pkgver
./configure
make || return 1
make DESTDIR=$startdir/pkg install
}
P.S. could someone with the permissions remove gtk-qt-theme from incoming. It's the same archive as above, only misnamed.

I believe standsolid has already made a PKGBUILD for this. It's currently in my tur:
