adm group

There's nothing said about this group in beginners wiki. It seems that it's members can sudo without password. A question - is this safe for my everyday-use account to be in this group (of course I'm the computer admin)?

Re: adm group

Personaly, I don't like having unrestricted sudo, but that's probably just me. I use a limited sudo for my normal user (just pacman, shutdown and mount) and use su for any 'real' work.
But, as long as you only give yourself access to unlimited sudo, it's not a that big security risck. But, I would not use NOPASSWD: in a multi user enviroment, or an enviroment where some other person can gain physical access to your box.

As a sidenote, the adm group only got access to sudo if you have given them access. By default no user or group got access to sudo, exept root, and root only with a password. Also, wheel is the group traditional used to grant users full root capabilities with sudo.
