Is the default kernel unable to disable dma?

Hello,

I wanted to try Archlinux again, but when I trying to start with: arch ide-legacy ide=nodma
While booting there are messages like this:

hda: dma_timer_expiry: dma_status=0x61

I already read that the kernel is using udev/dma (?) 4 or 5 or something like this. It should work with udev3. But I don't know how to configure dma/udev with a bootparameter. Is it posible?
And why the Archkernel issn't able to disable dma?

Thanks
