I'd like to request a PKGBUILD for Savage2. The Linux executable can be found here http://208.53.147.109/Savage2Install-1.5.0-i686.bin

Commercial games can still have PKGBUILDs...
If the game is rego key based, PKGBUILD works fine, and works fine if the game installs off own discs - just you need the discs to install of course.

Yeah, it installs just fine. U can then play the game for 5 hours for free. After that u need to pay $29.99 to register u'r account.
PS: It's one helluva game!

S1 is definitely fun apart from the stupid OSS audio issues.

@Daenyth: S1 runs OK with OSS support turned on in-kernel even with alsa as the default for me.
Heh, the last thing I need is another reason to start gaming again (I should be finishing work!) The price for S2 is pretty reasonable too I'd say.
The water never asked for a channel, and the channel never asked for water.

I mean that the sound doesn't play if another sound app is open. And with the voice chat, you really need sound.

Ok, I made a working PKGBUILD and pkg, I modified the source files and recompressed it, however I need to host it somewhere.
So if anyone has some userspace where I can upload the file (min 800mb) to, that'd be great.

Ok, I found a place to host the file and am currently in the process of uploading it. I will put the required files to AUR once uploading has completed.
Uploaded and hosted on AUR!
Please let me know if u find any other dependencies.
