dd is freezed up

Hi

I've the pendrive (128Mb). I want to copy all the data. I use: dd if=/dev/sdb1 of=/home/pen

and the process is freeze up.

I check this and only two last positions are changed.

$ cat /proc/diskstats | grep sdb1
   8   17 sdb1 2295 259355 261554 40490 0 0 0 0 1 100683 128773
$ cat /proc/diskstats | grep sdb1
   8   17 sdb1 2295 259355 261554 40490 0 0 0 0 1 101200 129290

I checked my device by fsck.vfat the result is fine. I even can't kill the dd's process.
