Which one should I use?
I have a Desktop Dell Inspiron 530n, with Intel Dual Pentiums (which is just a tuned down C2D, physically).
What is the difference between using acpi or lmsensors?

Use the coretemp module and lm_sensors, it's the least innacurate soution.

Okay, I'm installing lm_sensors, but I'm stuck at this step:
"Copy prog/init/lm_sensors.init to /etc/init.d/lm_sensors
for initialization at boot time."
where is this prog/init/lm_sensors.init file exactly?

look in /etc/rc.d/ you should see sensors add that to daemons in rc.conf ;-)

If you just want coretemp, then just load it in the modules array in rc.conf. It should show up in sensors after it's loaded. (modprobe coretemp to avoid a reboot)
