How can I disable the LXDE right click menu? Or at least be able to update it. It currently only has three applications present: xterm, firefox and PCManFM. There are many other applications that I would like to incorporate into the right click menu. The "start" menu/icon on the panel works fairly well, but I have yet to find a way to modify it.
I do not think it is using OpenBox's mouse menu; when I open a standalone session of OpenBox, it works correctly.

Are you sure it isnt the openbox menu?
Try in the PCManFM preferences toggling the Show Window Manager Menu option (you might have to click advanced)

Toggling that option in PCManFM was the first thing I did when I installed LXDE. I toggled the option that "shows menu provided by WM when desktop is clicked."
As for your first question, I am not exactly sure if it is using the OpenBox menu or not. I know when I start a standalone session of OpenBox from terminal (as in, I logged out of LXDE) I get a working mouse menu.

Actually, I was able to fix it. It seems that "openbox-lxde" was the standard startup in /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE/config. I changed it to "openbox" and that seems to work. I rather liked the LXDE mouse menu, as it had a few other features with it. But the inability to change the menu was ultimately a problem.

The openbox menu used by lxde is in /usr/share/lxde/openbox/ I believe. Take a look there.

The openbox config file used by LXDE is ~/.config/openbox/lxde-rc.xml.
Do what you want with it.

Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks.
