Moving Gnome [Solved]

Hi,

recently transferred to a new hard drive but Gnome will not allow me to log in...

seems its not loading the correct partition to /home even though its set correctly in fstab

is it a gconf-editor thing?

can only get failsafe terminal at the moment ;-(

EDIT ..... chmod 1777 /tmp cured gdm problem [in wiki!!!]

and I had transferred /home/ to /home mount point not contents of /home if that makes any sense lol

running better now..... just some odd tweaks to sort out
