LNF repository

Hi,
i just set up a custom arch repository called "Lemon Fruit repository" hence LNF.

Perhabs someone wants to use or test it.
All builds are i686 only.

For a list of packages available with version information visit this site:
http://reactor.reality-protocol.de/lnf/
If you click on the version of a package you will see the sources from which the package is built.

Here the stuff to put in your pacman.conf:

[lnf]
Server = http://reactor.reality-protocol.de/lnf

if you have comments, suggestions, questions, bug reports please drop them here wink

you can also contact me via: xsdnyd@jabber.org

Comments :
firefox is the opposite of LNF smile
pacman-color is at 3.1
zsh-pacman is included in pacman 3.1

pacman roulette : pacman -S $(pacman -Slq | LANG=C sort -R | head -n $((RANDOM % 10)))

Re: LNF repository

Thanks for your review smile

i removed zsh-pacman and updated pacman-color.

and firefox is definately not lnf but the 3.0 version is faster than the 2.0 ones...
and i use it, so i included it wink

Re: LNF repository

i updated the repository:

- since firefox3-systemcairo is orphaned in AUR, i added firefox-spookyet (beta5)
- added openoffice-base-systemcairo
- added webkitgtk-nightly
- added midori-git

i always try to update the webkitgtk-nightly but some builds don't compile, so don't wonder if some nightlies are not in the repo.
also the latest webkit crashes with midori so just wait for new builds that fix these problems smile

Re: LNF repository

you could just add it in the unofficial repos list in the wiki. no need to post every update theres in it here. btw remove the LNF title. you added openoffice too..... imo there is NO light and fast app in your repo

There shouldn't be any reason to learn more editor types than emacs or vi -- mg (1)

Re: LNF repository

dolby:
1. it is in the unofficial repos list
2. ok no more status updates, i found it just informative, but it seems this isn't wanted
3. in the very first beginning when i hadn't published this repo it was indeed light and fast, but since then more and more apps got in it which aren't.
but renaming the repo will cause all users to upgrade their pacman.conf :-\

i think i will just change the name to "Lemon Fruit" big_smile
